We can get involved in product development from the design stage. The advice and shape proposals we offer are underscored by vast experience and know-how gained manufacturing for customers from the food, medical, electronic and many other industries.
We can also help customers choose the best materials for their application and hone proposals from various perspectives such as results from flow analyses.
Prototyping
We will create prototypes such as pilot molds, 3D printed products, or shaped articles according to customer's order, and modify the design as necessary.
Creating off tools (mass-production molds)
We will mold samples with the off tools and then ask the customer to test them on their actual production line and to evaluate them.
In addition, we will make various preparations for mass production, such as setting and determining molding conditions and packaging specifications at our facilities, and creating quality specifications.
Starting mass prodution
We can mass-produce products at our plants in Japan or abroad as wished by the customer.
