The Haiphong Plant is located in the port city of Haiphong in northern Vietnam. It went into operation in April 2005.
On the approx. 18,240 m2 site are two buildings that house PP sheeting, silk printing, ultrasonic welding and assembly lines, which are organized into a total production system for making clear and other kinds of files. In addition to equipment that can consistently produce from sheet to finished products, management methods and planning and production know-how from Japan have been integrated throughout the plant.
The plant has Japanese-speaking staff on duty at all times and coordinates with Nixx Vietnam next door to serve customers in Japan. Products are also sold to local customers.
