Dongguan Plant

The Dongguan Plant is located about 15 minutes by car from Shenzhen, in the town of Chang'an in the prefecture-level city of Dongguan. Equipped with injection molding machines and super-spindle coating, printing, assembly and automated mold manufacturing lines, the plant has a total production system for making components for cellphones and other electronic devices. In addition to molding equipment, we have built a consistent high-level management system from design to shipment by using automated mold manufacturing line and 3D measuring instruments.

Moreover, Japanese staff are on duty at all times and manufacturing is based on know-how from Japan. The plant also excels in terms of environmental and quality performance, which has led to ISO and Green Partner certifications.
