Minami Alps Plant

The Minami Alps Plant is found in an easily accessible location about 10 minutes by car from the Shirane IC on the Chubu Odan Expressway.
The No.1 Plant went into operation in May 1986 and the No. 2 Plant in May 2001. On the 17,181 m2 site are state-of-the-art clean rooms and injection molding machines, and assembly lines for making food containers, components for medical devices and electronic devices and other general molded products. In 1993, production began with the first in-mold labeling system in Japan. The clean rooms have equipment for composite molding and ultrasonic bonding, developed with proprietary technologies, while the formidable production hardware is coupled with ISO-accredited management and traceability controls to realize high quality manufacturing.
