International business at Nixx is divided between Global Sales Group 1 that handles sales activities centered on exports from Japan to locations overseas, and Global Sales Group 2, which, based in Shanghai, Hongkong and Vietnam, markets products and services to local businesses and Japanese companies in Asia.
Versed in Japanese manufacturing, both groups work with plants and suppliers in Japan and abroad to meet customer demands.
Partnering
One of the chief responsibilities of our global sales teams is to seek out local suppliers. Not only must these suppliers provide competitively price products and have the production capacity to make it in the Japanese market but they must also meet quality requirements. Despite the language barriers and cultural differences, Nixx has found many key allies to quality-picky Japanese companies by partnering with like-minded local suppliers.
